Types of speech therapy provided

Cognition: problems with thinking & communicating, paying attention, remembering, organizing thoughts, & solving problems.

Dysphagia: difficulty swallowing indicated by coughing during, or after, eating or drinking, having a wet or gurgly-sounding voice during or after eating or drinking, food or liquid leaking from the mouth, food getting stuck in the mouth or throat, having a hard time breathing after meals, losing weight.

Language: problems speaking, understanding, reading, writing, using numbers.

Voice: changes in pitch, loudness, and vocal quality.
